Is anyone perfect?

“If you could change one thing about yourself, what would it be?” Have you ever been asked that question? Most of us have. And what’s interesting is that I’ve never met a person who replied, “Nothing. I’m perfect just the way I am.”

For most of us, it’s not a question of if we want to change, but how. We want a better tomorrow. We have desires, dreams, and hopes. Maybe we have a habit we want to break. Or a goal we want to reach. Or a skill we want to develop.

Giving up Coffee

I was addicted to coffee. Lately I became interested to know about my own personal energy. And being hooked on coffee is a bit like the curve above. So I wanted to see how getting rid of the coffee would affect my energy, mood and effectiveness.

I know that some get off coffee by slowly decreasing the amount of coffee they consume each week and perhaps by replacing it with tea or non-caffeinated alternatives. So I did the same. Slowly I became less addicted to the coffee. Since then it’s been no problem to not drink coffee and I have experienced some positive benefits. The big one is that my ability to focus has improved.
Getting of coffee has been a positive experience for me. Now I have a much more even energy-curve throughout the day ( I think so).

What the prime minister say about Nepal Earthquake.

Prime Minister of Nepal, Sushil Koirala has said that the death toll in Nepal’s earthquake could reach 10,000. Koirala said “The government is doing all it can for rescue and relief on a war footing,” “The death toll could go up to 10,000 because information from remote villages hit by the earthquake is yet to come in,” he said.

Efforts to distribute aid are proceeding at an agonisingly slow pace, sparking anger among frustrated survivors. The delay stems in part from the extent of damage caused by the quake and interruptions from strong aftershocks. For more information, you can visit this URL :
